Hello Community,

I bought a HP-14-ck0950nd notebook and im trying to remove the back cover to reach the RAM and SSD for an upgrade.

I have searched everywhere but cant find anyhing that describes how to reach the inner hardware (SSD and RAM).

I only have two screws on the backside and the accu is internal i guess since there is no accu / battery i can remove.

Can anyone provide me any information about this?

Thank you in advance,

Kind regards,

Sam

Greetings!

Welcome to the HP Community. This is a great place to get support, find answers and tips to your technical queries. I have reviewed your post and I understand, you are trying to remove the bottom cover of the computer to access the Memory and the Solid-State drive.

Don't worry, I'm here to help!

Here's the Service Guide. It has instructions to remove the bottom cover and access the other parts installed.

To open the bottom cover, refer to page# 30 for instructions. For Memory, page# 34 and Solid-Sate Drive is on page# 38

Let me know if you have any other questions.
