Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi guys, I wanted to add RAM  and change into a bigger SSD for my laptop but i can't find anything about it.
I have 2 questions:

1) How much RAM can my laptop support? Are there 2 slots for the RAM or only one?

2) Is there only one slot for SSD? is it a SATA ssd or an nvme one?

 

Sorry for my bad english, not my native language, and thanks for the help!

32 GB max installed 2 slots

only one slot SATA3
