Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

 

I have a HP Spectre x360  13-4106na laptop with 8GB RAM (2 slots 4GB each). Is it possible to upgrade the RAM to 16GB. If yes what are the steps for upgrading RAM. Please advise.

Thanks, also confirmed with HP Technical support, memory can't be upgraded for my model.
