Good afternoon.
I am curious if anyone knows if the Spectre x360 (model 15-DF1043DX) can be upgraded from 16 GB RAM. Is this possible? If so, are there two 8GB RAM modules or is it one 16GB RAM module with an open slot? What brand of RAM would be best to purchase for the upgrade if it is possible? What is the maximum RAM that it can be upgraded to?
I am trying to find a service manual that has the answers, but I am not having any luck. I also have these same questions for the 13.3” inch Spectre x 360 (model 13-AWOO23DX). Thank you for your time.

Hi:
Below is the link to the crucial memory report for your notebook.
https://www.crucial.com/usa/en/compatible-upgrade-for/HP-Compaq/hp-spectre-x360-15-df1043dx
The report indicates the memory is not removable or upgradable.
Unfortunately, the service manual linked to your notebook's support page is out of date, and doesn't include the 10th gen processors.
The manual presents conflicting information with the Crucial report, and shows a procedure for removing and replacing the memory.

Below is the link to the product specs page for your 13-AWOO23DX.
The memory cannot be removed or replaced.

The service manual indicates the same.
There is no procedure to remove or replace the memory.
