I have Notebook HP Pavilion DV5 1002au, I wantted to upgrade my notebook's RAM, I have 2 slots for RAM, In one slot I have 2GB of RAM, My question is can I upgrade it with one more 2GB or 4GB, which one will be suitable
Please suggest me better option...

As I suggested in my previous post, if crucial guarantee their listed RAM module to work, you can go with it. I can only suggest that is given in this notebook manual from your support site.
Your laptop came with Vista Home Basic 32-bit OS. 32-bit OS can only utilise max upto 4gb memory even if you put additional module.
