Pages 38-44 of the Manual show how to:

Manual

Your laptop currently has 2 x 4 gig modules so you will have to buy 2 x 8 of DDR4-2400 SO-DIMM.

Thank you Huffer, I'll keep that in mind. Now, what I need to know is how to open this laptop to access memory without any damage. I intend to buy this laptop, but only if I can upgrade it because initials 2x4Gb is not enough for my needs. And I don't want to lost the garanty, or injure it in any way.

Hello again Huffer,

Now it's ok, I succeed reading the Manual.

Thank's a lot for your complete answer.

The Manual I linked shows exactly how to do it and if you wish I am sure there is a youtube or HP video also explaining. Your warranty will be fine as long as no damage is done in the upgrade process.
