HP Pavilion x360 15.6 inch 2-in-1 Laptop PC 15-er0000 (23T75AV)

As it turns out I don't have enough RAM on my Laptop to play certain games, so I wanted to know how to upgrade it on my PC. But I've no idea how to go about doing so or what RAM Sticks I would need to get for my PC that would work, aside from the specifications of the ones that come with the PC being, "8 GB DDR4-3200 MHz RAM (2 x 4 GB) Transfer rates up to 3200 MT/s. 2 x 4 GB".

Would anyone happen to have any advice on how to go about it?

The service manual indicates that the notebook supports 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-3200 MHz memory.

Maintenance and Service Guide

However, when you look at the information for how to remove and replace the memory, that section is missing.

You would have to replace both 4 GB memory chips with 8 GB memory chips.

Two of these should work.

Crucial RAM 8GB DDR4 3200MHz CL22 (or 2933MHz or 2666MHz) Laptop Memory CT8G4SFRA32A at Amazon.com

Or two of these:

Timetec 8GB DDR4 3200MHz (or 2933MHz or 2666MHz) PC4-25600 Non-ECC Unbuffered 1.2V CL22 1Rx8 Single ...

Here is an eBay listing of the motherboard your notebook comes with:

The two memory chips will be located in the center of that picture.

There isn't a service video for your notebook.

Here is a random video showing how to actually remove and replace the memory in a notebook PC:

Your notebook may not have a metal cover over the memory.

I looked it up on Crucial with the exact model laptop I'm using, and it says I can get up to 64 GB of Memory if I wanted (2X32). Even using "wmic memphysical get maxcapacity" in the command prompt to find what the max memory for my PC is, I get "134217728" KB (or 128 GB) back as a result. So I'm not sure what I should trust.

At this point, I think using 2x16GB might be a happy medium, so I wouldn't have to worry about needing to upgrade a second time or going overboard with 2x32GB or 2x64GB (perish the thought). But like I said, this is my first time thinking about upgrading a PC, and I want to know if I should just settle for 2x8GB, or if something wrong woulld happen with 2x16GB.
