Upgrade RAM problem with HP ProBook 430 G3

Hi everyone,
I've just bought a second bank of RAM for my laptop.
Currently it is equipped with a Samsung DDR4-2400 4Gb bench (M471A5244CB0), and I purchased a 4GB DDR4-2400 Crucial (CT4G4SFS824A).

The problem arises when I insert both, the PC does not start and issues BEEPS.
I tried to reverse the slots but nothing, same problem.
I tried to put only the Crucial, in the slot where was the Samsung, and the PC starts and works normally.
If you only enter the Crucial in the other slot, the PC will not boot and make the BEEPS.

It would seem that the second slot is not active, how can I verify it?

From CPU-Z it tells me that the current installed RAM is in slot # 2. So I gather that the problem is on slot # 1.

Should I activate it from the BIOS?

I add that I tried to put the new Crucial in both slots on the laptop and it works correctly in both cases.
