Product: HP Notebook - 14 cm0038la
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I just bought a Notebook - 14 cm0038la but I need to increase its ram memory from 4GB to 8GB, can you help me with the specifications of the memory module and where can I buy it? According to the Service manual the part number is 862398-855 but I think HP doesn't sell parts.

Machine has ONE slot of RAM and supports 8GB max. You can replace 4GB with 8GB using
