You can go as high as 4 TB for the NVMe SSD, and chapter 1 of the service manual has the memory upgrade information:

That's help me a lot, since I couldn't find some accurate on internet.
But, it raised a question in me, hypothetically, Could I also put an 8 or 16 TB of NVMe SSD in it? Or is the BIOS or the Chipset going to limit it?

You're very welcome.
Theoretically you can, but the drive would have to be single-sided, so it fits in the NVMe slot.

More storage capacity = more chips on the circuit board.
Since no one has tried to install a drive that large in any notebook on this forum, no one knows for sure if one that large would actually work.
