Hallo, I have an HP G56-107SA Notebook PC.
The Processor is Celeron(R) Dual Core CPU T3500 @2.10 GHz, 2095MHz 2 cores, 2 logical processors.
It has 3 GB RAM (DDR2 SODIMM 800MHz). It says I can upgrade up to 8 GB. Will it make any difference? Will it be faster?
Is this RAM compatible MUSHKIN 991741 4GB SO-DIMM DDR2 PC2-6400 800MHZ
Thanks in advance for your time.

Hi:
With an Intel Celeron processor 8 GB won't make much difference, not to mention that 2 x 4 GB of DDR2 memory is very expensive unless you can get it in used but tested and working condition.
Can't say 100% that the memory you chose should work, but it looks like it will.

I would recommend that you remove the 1 GB chip and replace it with a 2 GB chip.
A 2 GB chip would be a lot less expensive and will give you 4 GB of memory running in dual data rate mode.
With 3 GB of memory, the PC's memory is running in the lower performing single data rate mode.
