Here's the Service Manual:
Memory is easy there is an access panel on the bottom for easy opening. See page 38-39. You have a single 4 gig module now and can easily add another and if you wanted you could install 2 x 8 gig = 16 gigs total, but 8 should be quite an improvement over 4.
4 GB memory module (PC3, 12800, 1600 MHz) 691740-001
The SSD and the wireless card a little harder to do. See pages 47-56. You can replace the hard drive with a 2.5 inch SATA SSD like the Samsung Evo 860 or WD BLue and there is no whitelist and you have 2 antennae so you can install anything you like in the way of half-height mini-pcie wireless cards. Since you have an Intel processor I strongly suggest the Intel 7260-AC
Broadcom Azurewave is also an option:
These will give the fastest wi-fi possible on your platform 2.4 or 5 ghz and also provide Bluetooth.

Like I said you have to start on p. 47 of the Manual. You have to remove the rubber feet as there are more screws under them.
Then you flip it over, open the screen and try to get under the top cover at the lower left corner...an old credit card inserted in the opening works well.

You pull out the DVD drive and replace it with a DVD drive caddy which holds the hard drive so you can have hard drive and SSD in the laptop at the same time.
