Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop is HP omen 15 ek0022tx.It has 16gb ram 8 x 2  DDR4) .I want to know how much it is expandable to.Should I go for 16 x 2 DDR4  or 1 x 32 DDr4 .kindly help
