Hi, I would like to ask if HP offers upgrade of RAM? When I bought HP ENVY X360, it said that it has 16GB of RAM. I would like to have it increased if that is possible. If so, where can I do it and how much would it be?

Hi:

 

Below is the link to the product specs for your notebook.

 

It comes with 16 GB DDR4-2400 SDRAM (onboard) memory.

 

'Onboard' means the memory is a non-removable, integral part of the motherboard, so the memory cannot be upgraded.

 

According to chapter 3 of the service manual, HP only offered a max of 16 GB of onboard memory in the supported motherboards.  They came with 8 GB or 16 GB of onboard memory.
