Would like to upgrade the SSD on my HP ENVY x360 Laptop - 15m-ee0023dx laptop from 500GB to 1TB.  I am unable to find this item in compatible hardware.  Is there a 1TB SSD for this laptop?

Hi:

I recommend the Samsung 980 1 TB M.2 NVMe SSD.

Below is the link to the service manual, where you can find the M.2 SSD removal and replacement procedure.

If you look at chapter 1 of the manual, HP offered NVMe SSD's up to 1 TB in the model series, so you should be fine.

Your notebook probably has the Samsung 512 GB OEM drive.

That's what HP installed in my HP ENVY x360 15-ee0047nr notebook.

Yes, if I'm correct, yours is a similar model to mine, and there are 1tb and larger options available.

Crucial.com has a good database of laptops which will offer options which are compatible.  They aren't the only ones, but I used them and was happy.
