Hi,
my laptop 15q-ds0029tu is very slow and would like to upgrade my 1 TB HDD to SSD. I have three questions. Can you answer all?
1. PL suggest compatible SSD
I see that past questions wise the PCIe, NVMe part is compatible. Can I pick this one from Amazon?
2. My laptop came with pre-installed Windows 10 and MS Office.
How do I transfer the license? I would like to speed up my laptop. So suggest a config setup that will help in speed up.
Is there any steps or video which can help in doing this.
3. I still have extended warranty active.
Can I engage HP support for this?

Hi@DHakshina,
Welcome to HP Community!
I have gone through your post and would like to help
As per the Service Guide, the Notebook supports up to 512 GB PCIe, NVMe, M.2 solid-state drives (Intel Core processors)
SSD and Normal HDD technology are different, The combination is not tested by HP. So, the functionality is not guaranteed
Hope that answers your question and you have a great day!
