I would like to replace the 256 GB SSD of the laptop with Samsung MZ-V7E1T0 970 EVO 1 TB SSD, Pcle NVMe M.2.

You can replace 256GB with a larger (capacity) M.2 NVMe SSD  With 1 TB 7200 rpm SATA

And also You can use the recovery flash drive created by the HP Recovery Manager to install the OS

 

Opening the notebook and upgrading it will not violate the warranty unless you damage something.    You need to be able to return the notebook to its original hardware configuration in the case of any required warranty repair
