Hello,
I've got my new shining ZBook Fury G9 and couple of questions related to it:
1. I want to extend RAM. If i want to have 2x32GB i should put them to slot 1 and slot 2 to work with maximum speed in dual channel, right?
2. If I will use 2x32 and add current memory stick (16GB) how it will affect to memory speed? it make sens to keep 3 RAM sticks (2x32 + 1x16) or better to keep only 2x32?
3. I want to extend also SSD drive by adding 2x1TB, is there any rules related to slots similiar to RAM slots? or can i put them enywhere?
4. I have problem with keyboard. I see in documentation (HP, store specification) that ZBook's (also mine) should have RGB per-key keyboard. I do everything from HP documentation (install Z Light space) and try to turn on RGB light but i can't. I installed all windows 11 updates, try to update bios, install also another software (Omen light studio - on which page also is marked that ZBooks are supported) but still the same. Today i found in HP documentation "QuickSpecs HP Zbook Fury G9 Mobile Workstation PC" that "RGB will only function after Z Light Space Software is activated" but i can't find anywhere option (or instruction) how to activate it.
Point 4 is the most important, not working feature, from my son perspective 😉
Could you please help and answer to this questions?
Best Regards,
Tomasz

ok so i will reply myself, maybe it will be helpful for someone.
comment for point 4:
I've got response from the seller where i buy my ZBook. He contact with HP and there is a bug in specification (on HP specification and also in all/most of the sites), this model don't have RGB per key keyboard backlight 😞
