Product: Example: Touchsmart 600 1120
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have the HP Touchsmart 600 1120 . I would  like to upgrade the cpu to the i7 820QM and add the MXM geforce GT 230 graphics card in it but the pc does not  boot . Receive beep code at boot  can any one tell me what the cause might be?

  • CPU: Please only use CPU's on the list,
  • Video: It has MXM slot for a video card. Finding MXM vedie card from retails is similar to finding a needle in a haystack. Please note, its PSU is only 120W you need to find the right one which is UNDER 35W.

Thank you for the reply on my Hp touchsmart 600 1120 upgrade issue . I have had the pc 10 years and have studied the forms and bought the hardware but i get beep code  no graphics on start up need to know what the cause might be?
