I plan to bay notebook HP 255 G6 2HG36ES.
In it there is a 128 Gb SSD.
Whether I will be able to replace this disk with a bigger size disk?
Or whether I will be able to add an additional HDD-disk?

The specification I see for the product name you supplied show it as having a 1TB HD installed, not an SSD.

You can replace the SATA HD with a 2.5" SSD that has TLC memory.

It is not "my" notebook.
Difference is in modification: your 2HG38ES, but my 2HG36ES.
This is specification of "my" 2HG36ES:

OK.
The notebook does have support for m.2 SATA SSD. You cann install one with greater capacity as long as it has TLC memory. See the following web page with Crucial memory SSD upgrades for your specific notebook.
The Cruicial memory web page shows up to 1TB M.2 SSD as guaranteed compatible. There is also a 2TB 2.5" SATA SSD shown as guaranteed compatible. Click on the compatible SSD label.

If a PC or notebook maker, HP in this case, uses TLC memory SSDs, then unless you have deep pockets, it is wise to stick with the memory type that is known to work.
I used the HP Maintenence and service guide for your notebook to find the memory type information. I prefer to recommend what is known to work.
If you would like to take the risk and share your results, as in a positive or negative success, then go for it. We appreciate it, but It is your money and time that may be wasted.

There is a question with an additional HDD-disk.

You will have to purchase a hard disk bracket from HP or an online vendor. The only difficulty will be sourcing a SATA cable and connector board for the drive. HP does not list the part numbers for those in the manual AFAIK.
See the Service Manual to get the part number and then do a Google search. See page 22.
