I'd like to upgrade my wireless adapter to connect to 5GHz bands. The installed adapter does not have that capability. Can you suggest a replacement that will work with this model? It's a Pavilion 17-e055nr. The current adapter has two antenna wires attached.
Thank you.

Hi:
You should be able to upgrade to this dual band AC wifi card...
Broadcom BCM4352 802.11ac 2x2 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.0 combo HP Part # 724935-001
You should be able to find the card on Amazon or eBay.
Do your search by the HP part number, not the model of the wifi card.
