Hello, does it make sense to upgrade a laptop (processor, video card)? if yes, which one does my device support?

It's not possible in your case since both the processor and video are soldered onto the motherboard and not removeable for upgrade. Even on older laptops where the processor was removeable an upgrade rarely made sense. You have a fairly powerful machine there. What would you like to do that it cannot?

I can’t unsolder 7700hq and solder 7920hq?

No. The circuitry of the motherboard is not set up for that processor even if you could find a BGA version of it out there. And the processor is not what's limiting your gaming its the video....an alternate motherboard was made with a GTX 1070 which is a substantially more powerful video chip but good luck finding that motherboard as a standalone part. Theoretically if you could it would work.
