I want to upgrade from SATA HDD to SSD and currently i have 1 TB hard drive in it.
Which solid state drive is compatible with my laptop and Can i keep both HHD and SSD ?

Odds are your laptop has a slot for an M.2 "gumstick" disk but not 100% certain without identification of specific model.
