Upgrade internal memory hard drive

I have and laptop 14 cf200xxx and I need more storage space.  There isn't enough space to load Microsoft office.  Can I upgrade internal hard drive or add another harddrive?  If yes, how do I do it?

Unfortunately, if you have one of the models with a 64 GB eMMC flash storage drive, you cannot upgrade it.

You will have to clean up files and I recommend using a SD card to store your personal files on.

Things you can do:

If there is a SWSetup folder on the C: drive you can copy that folder to a portable hard drive and delete the folder from your drive as it is not necessary.

It contains driver and software installation files for the drivers and programs installed on your PC.

Run the disk cleanup utility and then select the 'Cleanup system files' option on the bottom left of the Window.

Check all of the boxes to delete the files.  That usually frees up a significant amount of space.

That software should clean up a lot of unnecessary files and you should be able to install office afterward.

I have office 2019 Professional installed on a HP Stream notebook that also has a 64 GB eMMC drive and there is still over 20 GB of free space available.

I keep my files stored on a 64 GB SD card.
