I just wanted to upgrade my laptop's ram fize from 8 to 16gb 2666MHz, Just wanted to know that is it supported by my laptop or not? 

Model:- HP AU 009TX (2016model)

Hi:

 

Yes your notebook will support 2 x 8 GB of memory but the 2666 MHz memory is only going to run at 2133 MHz, which is the fastest speed your notebook's processor can run the memory at.
