What was the brand, model and part number of the SSD?

The specification has to be 2280 M2 SATA-3 and not NVMe for compatibility.

It is recommended that you use only mainstream brands, not no-name brands.

The disk is not NVME because before i bought it look what i have to buy and they suggest that to me. The disk is M.2 SSD TOP INtenso 256GB  "m.2 2280 sata 3"

and the link page of the product is this

https://www.e-shop.gr/ssd-intenso-3832440-top-performance-256gb-m2-2280-sata-3-p-PER.340555

The funny thing is when i reinstall the old disk on slot i get the same error that no hard disk installed. I reset bios on defaults, i try to go to bios more settings with f10 and A but i didnt find something there to help me. Is it possible that the slot has problem? I also disable and enable again the cable of slot of ssd . I think intenso is mainstream brand but anyway even the old disk is recognized

That is the correct specification for a compatible SSD, so it should work.

Had you considered using the Windows DiskPart utility to set up the SSD and give it a drive letter?
