You're very welcome.

According to the parts list for your notebook, it comes with 1 x 8 GB of DDR4-2666 MHz memory, so you would just have to install a second 8 GB DDR4-2666 or 3200 MHz memory chip in the empty slot to have 16 GB of memory.

Hi Paul, Thanks for the answer.

This model (cf2078la) have a Core i5. It's the same?

No, I goofed and looked up and posted the wrong model.

Your notebook would support 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2666 CL19 memory.

You can also use DDR4-3200 CL22 memory, but it will only run at 2666 Mhz.

Sorry for the error.

No problem, I am very grateful for your help.

Does the equipment come with the 2 modules by default or do I have to add the second one?

Thanks,
