Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Can the HP 14-dk0002 memory be upgraded from 4 GB ?  What size and type of memory chips.  I currently have two 4GB DDR3L-1600 SODIMM 1.35v chips.

Are you sure ? It specs shows it has 4 GB DDR4-1866 SDRAM (1 x 4 GB):

 

     https://support.hp.com/hr-en/document/c06429939

 

and you can add 4GB more to slot 2 to have 8GB using

        https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct4g4sfs824a/ct16120144    (will run at 1866MHz)

 

or upgrade to 16GB (2 x 8GB) using 2 pieces of:

        https://www.crucial.com/memory/ddr4/ct8g4sfs824a/ct16120157
