Product: HP envy 7265NGW BANG & OLUFSEN
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i actually have a Hp envy model: 7265NGW and i would like to know if i can upgrade it by any chance, i have been looking info about this type of laptop but i can´t find anything related. It has 4GB and i want to upgrade the memory.
