Hello

i'm looking for upgrade memory of my laptop HP n013sk. From this configuration 2*4 go Ram DDR 3. To this configuration 2*8 go Ram...i dont know if my laptop can support this new  configuration

Hi:

 

If your notebook has an Intel 3rd or 4th generation core processor, it has two memory slots and can support 2 x 8 Go of DDR3L-1600 memory.

 

DDR3 memory is not supported. 

 

Has to be DDR3L-1600 1.35V

 

Below is the link to the service manual:

 

Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade information:

 

The 12 Go maximum is incorrect.  It is 16 Go ( 2 x 8 Go).
