I want to upgrade my motherboard ,CPU and gpu
What is compatible motherboard (may be of different model) should I buy
Min requirements
2.6 GHz CPU amd APU (7 gen )or Intel (i3 6 gen)
2 GB GPU amd radeon or nvidia

The system boards mentioned in the page no. 55 in the service guide are tested and recommended boards for your notebook.
You can contact any local store if you want to use different boards at your own risk.

As I understand, you wish to upgrade Motherboard, CPU, and GPU,
I'd like to thank you for the detailed description of your concern, as you have ensured I don't have to ask any more questions, that said,
You could refer to your notebook Maintenance and Service Guide: Click here (Page Number: 1 and 55)
NOTE: HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.

I read the response. thanks for the update. It is great to hear from you again. As @sandytechy20 is out for the day, I am responding on his behalf.
These are the motherboards tested by HP for this product. Other motherboards may not work.
