It's a SATA-II system but your assumption is not correct. Even if you put a SATA-III SSD on a SATA-II interface you still have a drive that is at least 3 or 4 times as fast as a mechanical hard drive. The difference between SATA-II and SATA-III only comes into play when the data transfer is at maximum "pedal to the metal", which is very rare. For ordinary stuff like boot time, how fast apps and windows open, an SSD on a SATA-II system is still extremely fast.
You will not regret installing an SSD. Best single upgrade you can do. SATA is backwards compatible. Your system does not have to be SATA-III to install a SATA-III SSD...it will downclock to operate as SATA-II.

Yes it is possible in fact no problem. Just replace the existing hard drive with a 2.5 inch SATA SSD. Software can be reinstalled/cloned/migrated any number of ways and we can discuss that if you wish. My recommended SSD is a Samsung 850 Evo:
They tend to cost a few bucks more and you can use about any 2.5 inch SATA SSD.

Thanks for your reply. I really appreciate your help.
Actually I want to buy SSD drive to enhance my notebook performance.
But I have a question,
Does my notebook motherboard specifications support SATA II or SATA III bandwidth to use higher bandwidth SSD drives or not?
Because if not I think it will operate almost the same HDD drive .
