Hello guys,

I bought a WWAN broadband LTE card for my HP 820 G4 Elitebook, I installed the card properly and carefully connected the main and aux antenna cables. But when I turned on my PC I checked my BIOS if the laptop detects the card or not, unfortunately it wasn't detected I tried removing the card and installing it properly, still it wasn't detected. The WWAN card I bought was a "Fibocom L850-GL LTE WWAN module" I even installed the drivers for the WWAN card. I want to know if the WWAN card I bought isn't compatible with HP or is it that the card is damaged.

A quick response will be appreciated thank you.

@TheeApe,

Your service manual (page 17) lists the supported WWAN modules.

Your Fibocom card doesn't match the specs of the supported Fibocom module.
