hello there , Is there anyway I can Upgrade my hp notebook 14-cm0045nr graphics card or RAM ?

Hi:

 

You can't upgrade the graphics adapter.

 

Here is the link to the service manual.  Chapter 1 has the memory upgrade info...

 

There is only one memory slot, so if your notebook has 4 GB of memory in there now, you can remove that chip and replace it with an 8 GB chip.
