Product: HP-14dq1040wm
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recent brought hp notebook 14-dq1040wm(hp notebook 14 Laptop, Intel Core i5-1035G1, 8 GB SDRAM, 256GB SSD+16GB Optane, 14-dq1040wm, Pale Gold), now that i am working with it i need more storage space.. , i want to know can i upgrade with 1Tb and i notice crucial showing it can upgrade to 1TB SSD and 16GB ram, is that true.. i have not open laptop..HP website does not give much information about upgrade of product..

As per the Service Guide: http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c06403450, this Notebook can support up to 16 GB RAM and 512 GB SSD

I bought the same model and wanted to upgrade the memory to 16GB. How many memory slot on this laptop? Should I buy one 16GB or 8GB (since it came with 8GB already)?

You can upgrade your ram up to 32GB and no 2.5 SSD slot (I opened it already)
