My question is that I know both ram have to be same speed. But will a second nonstandard ram work with the nonstandard old one?

You can use two modules of 1600MHz PC3-12800 configuration in the two slots.
The speed will automatically downclock to supported 1333MHz speed.

Manual: page 9, 48

Both are standard RAM. One is higher speed compared to other. The higher one downclock to listed supported speed in Manual automatically while in use, and you will be able to utilise them only in lower speeds.
In case of 2 sticks, DDR3 PC3-12800 1600MHz speed module downclock to PC3-10600 1333MHz speed.

thank you Visruth for replying. actually i cound't find anything in manual in pages you mentined related to my question!
my other post's question is different. in this post i asked about two 12800, in the other post i asked about mixed 10600 with 12800.
i will get another 12800 and hope both work together.
