HP 15 TouchSmart Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi,

I have an HP 15 TouchSmart Notebook PC with Intel(R) HD Graphics 4000 with 1,792 MB RAM. I want to upgrade to AMD Radeon Graphics Card with 4 GB RAM. Is it possible through HP customer support or I buy a separate memory card online? Any suggestions and recommendations.

Regards

Qamar

Laptops do not use video cards; instead, they have video chips soldered to the system boards and these are not removable.

So, there is no way to add a Radeon graphics card to your laptop.
