Upgrade of hp laptop14-dq2055wm with backlit keyboard - different fan models

Hi everybody, 
One topic is still unclear in replacement of keyboard originally coming with laptop by the backlit one

The following is clear:

•  MB has an additional port/connector for keyboard backlit power supplying - checke
•  Backlit keyboard is available in the market

But in Illustrated parts catalog I saw the difference in fan models for backlit keyboard and w/o one accordingly

(10)	Fan:	Spare part number
	For use in models with a backlit keyboard	L63587-001
	For use in models without a backlit keyboard	L63588-001

Visually by photos I did not find any difference.

Kindly advice what is difference in these options : performance, geometrical dimensions (is the fan version for backlit thinner because backlit keyboard? is thicker or something like this) 

and can be keyboard replaced by backlit one w/o fan replacement, physically or any other troubles may happen after this?
