Hi! Have upgraded to SSD and more RAM.
Is it possible to upgrade the processor also?

Its processor is soldered to its system board therefore you can ONLY use a different system board (if available) . A system board contains
(a) Motherboard,
(b) CPU with integrated video,
(c) Dedicated Video card (if applicable),
(d) Operating system (you can't reuse old license).
All above 3 or 4 components are on one piece of hardware called System board. That means you would be able to upgrade to other CPU (if available) but very expensive. If you wish, you can use the following list
