Hi,
Where is the question? I guess only the title.
Anyway, you can upgrade to max 32GB of DDR4 2666MHz RAM (2x16GB) even if service manual mentions 16GB
There are two slots.
Example:
On page 43 of the service manual, you can see how to install the RAM

You can insert an M2 PCIe NVMe SSD such as the M2 Samsung 970 Evo Plus of your desired capacity (no limit) which will give a great boost to performance.
Examples:
On page 45 of the service manual, you can see the steps to install the drive.
You will need to reinstall the OS on the SSD.
