Hi,
I have HP Victus 16-e0075AX Laptop and Product # is 494P2PA#ACJ which has 4GB NVIDIA GTX-1650 graphic card, 8GB DDR4 RAM and Ryzen 5 5600H, HP 88EB Motherboard. I am using Davinci Resolve 17 and I see performance lag while editing videos. So, I recently added 16GB DDR4 Crucial memory which means I now have 24GB RAM. First question is whether main reason for performance lag of Davinci Resolve is GPU or upgrading my RAM and SSD would resolve the issue? Secondly, I have seen some comments on Youtube suggesting they have been able to upgrade SSD to Samsung 2TB 980 Pro on this Laptop. Is that True? Even if not 2 TB, can I upgrade to Samsung 980 Pro which PCI 4.0 on the laptops 3.0 version or should I go with Samsung 970 EVO Plus? Appreciate if someone could suggest SSD options for this laptop. Thirdly, there is no way to upgrade GPU? And lastly, can I move my operating system and MS Office from existing WD SSD to the newer SSD that I want to install?
Thank you in advance.
