Product: HP ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-bq0xx
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hello everyone!
I really want to know if I can upgrade my laptop. I have an ENVY x360 Convertible 15m-bq0xx (I am pretty sure is a bq000), and I could not find any useful information about it. I would appreciate it a lot if you attach some links of SSD and RAM options so I can buy them and tell me the max upgrade my laptop could have.
Thank you so much.

Hi,
Can you provide the exact product or model number (not serial). 15m-bq0xx is for a whole series of models.
Here is how to find it:

Let me know,
David
