Hello,
Am I able to upgrade the processor Intel Core i3-6006U to Intel Core i5-760, 4 GB RAM to 8 GB and 128 MB dedicated video RAM to 2 GB dedicated video RAM? If not, what are the maximum upgrades I can do on this laptop?
The laptop is: HP 250 G6 Notebook PC 3168NGW
Thank you in advance!

Manual for the series
http://h10032.www1.hp.com/ctg/Manual/c05485525.pdf
1. CPU: No, you can simply replace CPU. You have to but a new System Board from a list on page 64 of the manual. That means you have to pay for
(a) New motherboard,
(b) New CPU,
(c) New GPU )if applicable)
(d) New Windows license
Because all 4 components above are on one piece of hardware called System Board.
2. VRAM: ditto
3. other UPGRADEs: You can upgrade RAM to 16GB and storage to faster drive. The following link shows available options

@banhien
Thank you for a very clear explanation. I have one more question - when looking for a system board to buy, what details should I pay attention to? For example, this is what I found on ebay: Motherboard HP 15-AY CDL50 LA-D707P Intel Core i7-7500U HP Spare: 903787-601.
Following the manual you kindly gave me the link of, it seems this would be a good fit for my laptop, but I don't know what "15-AY CDL50 LA-D707P" means. Would that system board be good for my laptop?
Thank you again!

You have to use the list from the manual above. Using other series System board won't fit and all ports may not line up.
Regards.
