Here is the Service Manual:
i7-620M would be the best that can be installed. Frankly it might not be worth the effort. It will not improve performance enough to justify the upgrade. 2.53 to 2.67 ghz is not much but you do pick up an additional megabyte of L3 cache.
Pages 91-96 of the Manual show removal of the motherboard and CPU.
