Supports up to 12 GB max system memory and support 1 TB, 5400 rpm, 9.5 mm Hard Drive.

Hello Asmita thank you very much for responding to my inquire, while waiting for a response to my post I also went to a ram comfigurator site to find out what is my max upgrade for my model, and it says its 16gb. My question is, are these sites reliable ?

The upgrades mentioned in the Service Guides are tested with your computer. 

 

HP does not recommend upgrading or downgrading hardware parts or software that is bundled with the product as It may affect the manufacturer's warranty and performance, however, you could change the configuration at your own discretion.
