Hi, I have hp omen 15 laptops

I bought new ram today, and it's 16 GB 3200mhz cl22 crucial

my stock ram is skhynix 8gb 3200 cl22 and have 2 slots

I want to upgrade my laptop to 8+16 GB ram, the problem when I added the new ram in slot 2 and turned on my laptop on task manager was only 8 stock ram

I removed 8 GB ram and put only 16, but the laptop won't boot and just black screen

I downloaded CPU Z and its show both of ram and also 24 GB ram shows, but in the task manager it's only 8 GB.
