The notebook has two memory slots and can support up to 2 x 8 GB of DDR4-2133 MHz memory.


Most folks will buy DDR4-2400 CL17 memory which is easier to find than DDR4-2133 memory and the 2400 MHz memory will automatically bridge to 2133 MHz because that is as fast as your notebook's i3-6006U processor can run the memory at.

I'm sorry if i bothering you again,but i have a one question again.what if i buy ram,and it has a different brand and speed mhz from the old ram?should i remove the old ram or not?or can i install both?

You're very welcome. 

 

Since memory is very expensive nowadays, I would buy one 8 GB chip and see how it works with the existing memory chip. 

 

DDR4-2400 CL 17, DDR4-2666 CL19, or DDR4-3200 CL22 should work with whatever memory HP installed.
