Hi,
My Internet wifi on my computer is very slow, even with a high quality signal that I have. I need to now what card can I upgrade my computer.
It has the Realtek RTL8723DE installed.

Here is the Manual:
See p. 2. Problem is that models with your wifi card only have a single antenna. Your card is an 802.11bgn. The laptop also supports a Realtek RTL8821CE 802.11ac 1 × 1 Wi-Fi + Bluetooth 4.2 (MU-MIMO supported) card on the single antenna, which is somewhat better. Adding an antenna is theoretically possible but not easy to do. That would open up the use of a lot more and better wifi cards. USB wireless cards are actually a pretty good option and there are some very good ones.
L21480-005 is the part number for the RTL8821CE card.
