Product: HP 14-fq0000
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi,
I need help upgrading or preferably replacing my HP 14-fq0000 laptop's 64GB Flash Memory with a NVMe M.2 500GB SSD. I properly fitted the SSD into the slot available on the motherboard, but when I attempt to install Windows 10 to it the system doesn't recognize the storage space that was added. There also isn't any way I could change the UEFI settings to switch from hard disk to m2 and when I even completed system and storage checks, but the device still doesn't see there is an additional storage connected. How can I upgrade it so that it recognizes and uses the SSD?
