Product: HP OMEN Notebook - 15-5005np
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have an HP OMEN Notebook - 15-5005np that I'm emotionally connected to due to beautiful design and moments we've passed together. It's not a joke. It's a beautiful machine.

 

I've been told it's not upgradable the RAM but I don't belive in impossible things and impossible is nothing according to NIKE.

 

Is there any way I can pay an HP expert for 1h of his time for the impossible mission of their lifes?

 

Reason I want to upgrade is HP OMEN 15 2020 is NOT YET available to purchase in EUROPE (Americans always get stuff 1st arghh) so I can't even buy a whole new laptop right now and I can't wait any longer.

 

If I multi task just a bit more laptop goes nuts. I can't have even have 3 programs open and web browsing that laptop starts to fail. Pls help me my life depends on it and I love HP too much I don't even want Apple.

Welcome to the HP support community.

 

In-home tech can't make those changes even if I send him to u during the apocalyptic pandemic situation wearing his underwear above his pants either...you may need to look for alternate ways of improving performance.
